Founded in Phoenix in 2017, our founder Bogi noticed the underrepresentation of women throughout the industry. Women were working alone, unaware of other females negotiating the same challenges. She saw a clear need to create a venue to connect these women and encourage women outside the industry to come in and explore the disciplines that embody it. From her sincere want for change, our first all-female build was born. We are now working on our third all-female build and invite you, females of all ages, to be involved. Help us diversify the automotive industry. Together, we can effect change.
